If Early Dismissals from regular class time are required, Teacher Coaches\/Sponsors are to publish (<\/strong>ONLY JO Teaching Staff<\/span> are able to do this<\/em>):
\n<\/strong>– \u00a0a list of student names
\n– \u00a0the destination school
\n– \u00a0the date of the early dismissal
\n– \u00a0the time of the early dismissal needed
\nin the JO STAFF\/STUDENT BULLETIN<\/a>; wherever possible this should be done at least two full school days in advance so that teachers have appropriate notice.
\n<\/strong>(This is the preferred\/recommended procedure over filling out individual yellow administrative slips, which can be altered or lost)<\/em><\/p>\n
