Volunteer Opportuity – The Artisan Event

We arescreenshot-www-theartisansevent-com-2016-10-04-08-41-48 looking for student volunteers to help us with a craft fair/market. The date is Sunday October 30th, 2016 at Heritage Hall on Main Street, Vancouver. The times would be from 10 am – 5 pm (which we can break into two shifts if that is easier). 

We are looking for 2-3 students who may need volunteering hours. The duties would consistent mostly of greeting visitors and assisting with food bank donations. For more information regarding this event please visit www.theartisansevent.com.

Chinese New Year Celebration of Rooster – Volunteer Opportunity

Students can apply for this volunteering position through schools only. Grateful if you can get back to me together with the completed application form either by fax or email before the application deadline.

 Deadline for submission is on December 15, 2016

 Please also note that all the student volunteers must attend a mandatory Volunteer Orientation Session which will take place at the Leasing Office, Unit 2127 of the International Village Mall at 10am on January 14, 2017 (Saturday).

LIGHT THE NIGHT Walk – October 14, 2016

There are various positions that students can take on for this year’s walk. If you would like your students to be all in one group, please let me know which position you would like them to be in. Also, if you could give me an approximate # of volunteers who will be available for the event as soon as possible, that would be great so I can reserve a certain number of spots for your crew.

I have listed the available positions for groups à

–          Site Set-Up Crew – 9:00am – 1:00pm

–          Lantern Assembly Crew – 1:00pm – 4:00pm

–          Site Take-Down Crew – 8:00pm – 11:00pm

–          Route Marshal – 5:30pm – 9:00pm
