Award:
Loran Scholars Program
Up to  30 awards for $100,000 15 of which are Weston Loran Awards
Must live in residence to renew the award.

Amount:
$100,000 over  4 years, , includes tuition waiver, stipend of $9,000, access to 8,500 funding for internships through a summer program, mentorship opportunities

Criteria Summary:
SPONSORED APPLICANTS (must be sponsored by Principal or Counsellor; maximum 3 students per school).
Well-rounded students who demonstrate character, promise of leadership and strong commitment to service in the community
Present a minimum cumulative average of 85%. Calculation includes the most recent three years of final grades on the student’s transcript.
Hold Canadian citizenship or residency status

DIRECT POOL APPLICANTS – students may apply independently without sponsorship from the school.  Same criteria applies as above.
