There are various positions that students can take on for this year’s walk. If you would like your students to be all in one group, please let me know which position you would like them to be in. Also, if you could give me an approximate # of volunteers who will be available for the event as soon as possible, that would be great so I can reserve a certain number of spots for your crew.

– Site Set-Up Crew – 9:00am – 1:00pm
– Lantern Assembly Crew – 1:00pm – 4:00pm
– Site Take-Down Crew – 8:00pm – 11:00pm
– Route Marshal – 5:30pm – 9:00pm
