Core Competencies – Form for Student Responses

Please follow the instructions below:

1. Click on the link above to get to the form.
2. Click on DOWNLOAD (you need to do this in order to be able to fill in the spaces).
3. Fill in all the spaces. Make sure to include your full name and student number on the form.
4. When you are finished, save a copy on your documents or on the desktop.
5. Email the form (as an attachment) to: gladstonecc@vsb.bc.ca  You may use your personal email or your Office 365 email.
6. In the subject line write your full name, student number and division
7. Log off and shut down the computer.
