Here is a copy of the Famous Numbers and Mathematicians assignment.

You will need to fill in the Notetaking Sheets, which you can get from one of the Teacher Librarians (Ms. Parungao or Mrs. Montroy) or Ms. Kim. There is one for books and one for electronic encyclopedias such as World Book.
