Need something fun to do after school on Wednesdays? Do you enjoy playing board games?
Well we have the answer. Every Wednesday, after school until around 4:00, we will be hosting Board ‘Til 4 in the Library Learning Commons. Come on out and meet new people and choose from a fantastic collection of new and old games from Checkers to Settlers of Catan.
The first Board ‘Til 4 will be on October 22. Hope to see you there!
We are so excited to be back in school and we look forward to seeing you all very soon!
There are many new titles that will be on the shelves shortly, so come on in and check one (or two) out!
April is National Poetry Month in Canada, and to celebrate it we are holding our annual Coffee House and Café Polyglotte during the last full week of April. Both events will be during the lunch hour in the Library Learning Commons, so please bring your lunch. We will have goodies and beverages for you to enjoy!
Coffee House: April 22 and 23
Café Polyglotte: April 24 and 25
We encourage all students and staff to consider sharing a poem or a song. The work can be an original composition or a favorite by another author or musical artist.
Please see Ms. Parungao or Mrs. Montroy in the Library Learning Commons to sign up.
Yeah! We have some new fiction titles for you to choose from. Come on in to the Library-Learning Commons to check them out!
And remember the “Book Suggestion” binder at the circulation desk. We love to get suggestions for titles we don’t have here at Gladstone.
Hope to see you all soon!
We have just purchased a lot of new titles for our Library! We are working on processing them as fast as possible so we can get them into your hands!
We hope everyone is getting settled in classes. Make sure you come into the Library soon to pick out something for Silent Reading!
We hope you all had a wonderful summer! The Learning Commons is closed for this week but we will reopen on Monday, September 9. Please see the hours to the left. See you all soon!
