These will let you log in to Engrade (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.engrade.com\/\">www.engrade.com<\/a>). Engrade is an online grading system that helps unify classroom management (gradebook, attendance, seating chart, discipline, etc.) and encourage communication with students and parents. If you need a login ID and password, please email me (Debby Kim) at <a href=\"mailto:dkim@vsb.bc.ca\">dkim@vsb.bc.ca<\/a>. I will send you the ID and password.<\/p>\n<p>Please follow the instructions below to help you use Engrade effectively.<\/p>\n<p><strong>[Checking for the Current Mark\/Grade]<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.engrade.com\/\">www.engrade.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Sign in using the ID and password given by Ms. Kim.<\/li>\n<li>You will see 3 classes: GP1, GP2, and GP3.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>GP1<\/strong> is for Term 1, <strong>GP2<\/strong> for Term 2, and <strong>GP3<\/strong> for Term 3. Click the class for the current term.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>It directs you to the page with the list of assignments assessed for the term with the score on the far right side. It also has a due date for each assignment.<\/li>\n<li>If your son\/daughter has an \u2018<strong>M<\/strong>\u2019 for the score, it means that he\/she is missing that particular assignment. If there is an \u2018<strong>E<\/strong>\u2019 for the score, it means exempt.<\/li>\n<li>If you click \u2018<strong>Grade Details<\/strong>\u2019 in the left-side menu bar, you can view your son\/daughter\u2019s mark in details.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>[Checking for Notes and Homework Assignments]<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you click \u2018<strong>Calendar<\/strong>\u2019, you can download notes that I go over each class. Homework assigned each class is written on the last page of the notes. The files that have a link symbol \u00a0are notes, so please download to check if your son\/daughter has done the homework for each class day. <strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Notes for <strong>Term 1<\/strong> are in <strong>GP1<\/strong> under the \u2018<strong>Calendar<\/strong>\u2019 section (from September to November), <strong>Term 2<\/strong> in <strong>GP2<\/strong> (from December to February), and <strong>Term 3<\/strong> in <strong>GP3<\/strong> (from March to June). <strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>[Communicating with Me]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you would like to communicate with me, you can send me a message by clicking \u2018<strong>Send Message<\/strong>\u2019 on the left-side menu bar.
