The format is totally up to you!  It can be made of anything, be any size, shape, colour, etc\u2026. It can be made in the style of a traditional book or it can something unique to you.  What matters is the concept or the ideas which answers the question \u201cwho are you?\u201d, \u201cwhat are you like on the outside and the inside\u201d.  You will have to think about this in detail and once you have answered them you will have to finding the materials and format equivocate your answers.<\/p>\n<p>ASK YOURSELF:<\/p>\n<p>What am I like on the outside?<br \/>\nTough?  Rough? Slippery? Beat up? Loud? Colourful?<br \/>\nWhat am I like on the inside?<br \/>\nCalm? Chaotic? Crazy? Confused? Tense? Sweet?<br \/>\nHow am I put together?<br \/>\nTightly? Loosely? Organized? Chaos?
