You are invited to participate<\/em> in this project!<\/h1>\n

In this Literacy\/Art project, Teachers are invited to use the Comic form to enrich their own content areas.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We will be using the 32p booklet ‘Keller’s comic book project<\/em>‘ to facilitate the work. \u00a0I have about 650 booklets.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Depending on what participating Teachers are interested in, we could bring in an\u00a0Artist or Writers to speak\u00a0or work with your students. \u00a0Or you could do a project all by yourself. \u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The booklet was developed to give kids a place to learn about comics: how to develop character, storylines, settings, and put them all together in one place.<\/p>\n

Remember to write out your one-page story and glue it on the back cover.<\/p>\n

On the back cover student will affix their one page written their story or dialogue sequence.<\/p><\/div>\n
