Info for Judges

Volunteer Judges Wanted!

VDSF owes its success to its volunteers and we are especially grateful to our volunteer judges for sharing their time and expertise with the students. No prior experience is necessary — you only need to have a science background and be comfortable interacting with high school students. We are especially in need of judges who can evaluate projects in French. Further details are below.

DATE: Friday, March 2, 2018

TIME: 4:00pm to 7:00pm

PLACE: Langara College

***Free pizza dinner included. Parking pass available if license plate is provided in advance.***

Judges will meet for a quick orientation before heading to the gymnasium to evaluate projects. Judging is done in teams of 2. There are two rounds of judging followed by discussion and submission of results in the judging room. Free pizza and refreshments will be provided.
