The iPads are here and we are getting ready to begin our Environmental Sustainability project in partnership with Apple Canada, Cisco, and the City of Vancouver. The project will be an action research project with multiple facets and outcomes.
We are aiming to make a difference and we are challenging our young learners to exact change through their research and ideas. By empowering our students with 30 iPads, the aim is to leverage information communicative technology and mobile computing to gather information, track trends, and provide areas where we can improve to further Vancouver’s reputation as a Green City.
