Signing In

1. go to  https://blogs.vsb.bc.ca/wp-login.php
2. enter your VSB userID and password

Your Profile

1. choose preferences, update info and click Update Profile
2. hint: if you have an online identity (Twitter etc.) use that for your nickname

Dashboard (to edit your blog)

1. click on Dashboard, My Sites, <<Your Name>>

Pick a Theme (to create the look)

1. click on Appearance, Theme
2. pick a theme (KISS)

Adding a Page

1. click on Pages, Add New
2. add a Title, start typing
3. hit Publish to go live!

Adding Media

1. media is the images, video, recordings, and files, you upload and use in your blog
2. create a folder on your VSB H:Drive to store all of your media
3. hint:  keep your H:Drive organized with a folder per page
4. when your ready to add media, click on Add Media
5. 
6. follow the prompts to locate and select your file

Adding a Link (to send your visitors to other websites of interest)

1. go to the website of interest and copy the URL in the address bar
2. paste it onto the page/location you desire
3. highlight the text
4. click on the link icon
5. 
6.  a new box pops up…
7. paste the URL in the URL box and the Title box
8. click the check box Open link in a new window/tab
9. click Add Link
